Basic Barista Course workshop is designed to introduce core barista skills to people with no previous barista experience, beginner level barista, coffee business owner and also for everyone who's interested and passionate about coffee.

This workshop focuses on both art and science of coffee preparation and will develop the essential knowledge and skills required in the operation of machines, espresso extraction and milk steaming.

- Origins, basic knowledge and factors that affect the taste and aroma of coffee,

- Knowledge of the processing of the coffee beans( coffee plantation area, coffee breed, roasting, blending, grinding),

- How to select good coffee beans, coffee machines, accessories and how to operate,

- Learn how to do the perfect Espresso shot,

- Basic milk frothing techniques,

- Coffee brewing techniques,

- Basic hands on training on how to make a cup of good coffee,

- International coffee menu and

- Basic maintenance for coffee machine.
